I have always believed that good engineering is about more than technical solutions — it is about people, trust, and the way we work together. That belief comes from years working alongside shipyards, classification societies, and marine engineering partners, where I saw that the best outcomes always came from teams who communicated openly and took real ownership of their work.
I founded VIMATEC with a simple ambition: to build a marine engineering company in Vietnam that people can rely on — for the quality of our work, the way we communicate, and the responsibility we take for what we deliver.
Our industry is changing. Vessels are becoming more efficient, more connected, and more sustainable, while engineering itself is becoming increasingly international. I believe this creates a real opportunity for Vietnamese engineers — not just to support projects from behind the scenes, but to contribute as genuine engineering partners, bringing technical depth and accountability to every stage of a project.
At VIMATEC, we are building our capabilities deliberately, one stage at a time: starting from concept and basic design, and growing steadily toward detail and advanced engineering — learning at every step from experienced partners, shipyards, and classification societies around the world.
We do not aim to be the biggest. We aim to be a team that our partners can trust, a company that keeps learning, and an engineering partner that grows together with its clients.
That is the VIMATEC we are building.
Together we engineer.
